Iām so happy to be restarting this newsletter with a fresh twist. Amplify your voice: Itās a great way to share your expertise and build credibility in the space youāre in.
Connect globally: Honestly for me it's a privilege to hear stories and getting tips from expert facilitators all over the worldāsooo inspiring and I honestly learned so much!
Refine your craft: Preparing episodes forces me to reflect deeply on facilitation topics, which has also improved my work immensely.
Attract client : Even if I honestly donāt use the podcast as a selling strategy, listeners reach out to me for mentoring or even recommended me to clients.
Pro Tip: If youāre thinking about starting, donāt wait for perfect. My first episode wasnāt exactly a masterpieceābut progress happens through doing and honestly it worth it!
